Parus Interactive Formed Through the Merger of Webley Systems and EffectNet

Parus Holdings, Inc. has announced the formal completion of the merger of EffectNet with Webley Systems, a leading Chicago-area applications service provider of voice-enabled IP and PSTN telephony based solutions.

Parus Interactive will continue to operate the state-of-the-art Unified Messaging platform and customer base, as well as hold all patents granted to Webley Systems prior to and during the merger period.
